Who we are

This page is run by the Equilon FX team, an independent trading-education and research project. We are not a broker and are not licensed or regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). For any questions about your data, contact us at hello@equilonfx.com.

The short version

This page is anonymous by design. You don’t need to give an email or any contact details to get the guide — it’s yours by link, either way.

What we collect, and why

Your two answers and campaign information (anonymous). When you answer the two questions, we record your answers, basic campaign data (the “UTM” tags that show which ad or link brought you here) and a timestamp. We use this only to understand how our research reaches people. It is not linked to your identity — we do not collect your name, email or contact details on this page.

Analytics and advertising cookies. We use analytics and advertising tools (for example Google Analytics and the Meta/Facebook pixel) that set cookies to measure how our ads perform. These do not tell us who you are by name. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

If you message us on Telegram. Only if you choose to start a chat, we will see your Telegram name or handle and whatever you decide to share. We use this only to arrange and hold the optional research conversation.

What we never do

We do not sell or share your data, we do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not send spam.

Your consent

Answering the questions or messaging us is voluntary. By doing so, you agree to the uses described above. You can withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete your data, at any time — just email us.

How long we keep it

Anonymous research data is kept for up to 24 months for analysis, after which it is deleted or aggregated. If you message us, we keep the conversation only as long as needed for the research, then delete it.

Where it is stored

We use trusted third-party tools (such as Google, Telegram and Meta) that may store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps so that your data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required by Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Your rights under the PDPA

You may ask to access or correct your data, withdraw your consent, or make a complaint. Contact us at hello@equilonfx.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
